Cricketer Bhuvneshwar Kumar is all set to launch his NFT collection

Bhuvneshwar Kumar, a fast bowler, is poised to release his own non-fungible tokens (NFTs) in collaboration with Rario, the world’s first legally licenced cricket digital collectables platform. These NFTs will be accessible only on Rario. NFTs will allow fans of the fast bowler to relieve some of their favourite cricketer’s most memorable moments.

Kumar rose to notoriety as a teenage cricketing prodigy who bowled Sachin Tendulkar out for his first-ever duck in domestic world-class cricket.

“As a kid, I used to play cricket whenever I could, whether it was at home, on the streets, or at the neighbourhood park with my friends, and we used to collect cards of our favourite cricketers.” After representing my country both at home and abroad, I’m overjoyed that cricket fans may now collect and appreciate some of my most memorable moments on the field as NFTs. I am ecstatic to be joining some of my cricketing counterparts, colleagues, and closest friends, such as Virender Sehwag and Zaheer Khan, in this new and exciting world of cutting-edge technology by partnering with Rario to launch my exclusive NFTs,” Bhuvneshwar said at the launch of his NFT collection.

“Just as he would be headlining the pace attack for Hyderabad, he will also be a pick up for anyone trying to establish a powerful bowling lineup in the Rarioverse. I’m looking forward to having him join the other Rario Hall of Famers as an ambassador, and I think I’ve got my pace attack arranged for my metaverse cricket squad,” Rario co-founder and CEO Ankit Wadhwa said.

Kumar, on the other hand, isn’t the only cricketer who has debuted his NFT line. Yuvraj Singh, Sunil Gavaskar, Zaheer Khan, Virender Sehwag, Rishabh Pant, Rashid Khan, Jason Holder, Shafali Varma, M Siraj, Ruturaj Gaikwad, and Quinton de Kock are among the cricketers he has joined.
