Mobility start-up Cityflo launches operations in Delhi-NCR and plans to invest Rs 120 crore

Startup in the field of mobility Cityflo has announced that it will expand its operations to the Delhi-NCR region. By the end of 2022, the business hopes to have added 20 new routes to its network in the region.

In Mumbai, Cityflo currently provides 1,00,000 trips per month on 13 routes. Over the next 18 months, the company plans to invest Rs 120 crore to strengthen operations across the Delhi-NCR region, according to the corporation.

The announcement comes at a time when many businesses are starting to call employees back to work.

Cityflo provides daily bus transportation for office workers via an app, ensuring a premium and hassle-free experience. Cityflo offers a more luxurious commute by providing a chauffeured ride from home to work, as well as an app to plan, track, reschedule, or cancel the ride.

Cityflo’s premium bus fleet will first operate on the Faridabad-Gurugram route, before expanding to additional regions in South Delhi, Rohini, Paschim Vihar, and Dwarka over the next three months, according to the business.

According to the mobility startup, over 70% of its customers have established professionals between the ages of 25 and 45.

Since its establishment, Cityflo has raised about Rs 68 crore, including a Series A fundraising round led by Lightbox Ventures and India Quotient.
